- Most of my feedback from the last pitch was positive despite me believing that my last pitch needed work. I believe my last pitch did not have enough rehearsal and lacked an organizational structure
- One of the things I changed in my pitch was the original idea of teaching for the sake of selling. I've now broadened it to teaching technological literacy for the purpose of improving quality of life. Thus, this made me changed both my "hook" and purpose of my teaching service. I also made sure to rehearse more to improve word flow and delivery.

Overall good post for your second elevator pitch. I like that you thoroughly explained your pitch and the reasons why you believe that in person help is much better than a web based tech service. Seniors definitely prefer in person contact. I would say that it would be better to have a more head on camera angle for the next pitch and work on varying your hand and body motion for a more effective delivery. Overall great work on the post.
ReplyDeleteHey Tommy!
ReplyDeleteYou covered everything in your pitch that I would want to hear as an investor. You not only explained your idea in rich detail, but also you allowed us, as viewers, to relate to your older customers by allowing us to see things from their perspective. You managed this by talking about how older people prefer to meet in person and also by saying how important it is to keep them up-to-date on things since technology continues to change. As for things I would change for next time, the camera angle and the eye contact are two things I would recommend working on. Other than that you really did an excellent job with this!
Hey Tommy, I thought you killed the elevator pitch, you spoke very clearly and with confidence, and I think that you presented the ideas of your pitch very well. I like the eye contact you hold, and the manner with which you carry yourself when you present. Great job!
